摘    要:应用灰色系统理论关联度分析方法,对影响白砂糖SO2残留量的7个因素进行了研究,得到了诸因素对白砂糖SO2残留量的关联序,结果与生产实际基本一致.

Abstract:Seven factors possibly influencing the sulphite of white granulated sugar produced by sulphitation process were studied, and the relational order of the factors was obtained by the relational grade analysis method of grey system. The method of grey relational grade analysis is a scientific, simple, convenient and practical method for management of production.
