| Abstract: | Seven factors possibly influencing the sulphite of white granulated sugar produced by sulphitation process were studied, and the relational order of the factors was obtained by the relational grade analysis method of grey system. The method of grey relational grade analysis is a scientific, simple, convenient and practical method for management of production. |
