| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨海参硫酸软骨素对大鼠酒精性胃溃疡的保护作用。方法：将32只大鼠随机分为4组：模型组、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组。采用酒精诱导胃溃疡模型，检测胃溃疡出血情况、溃疡指数、胃溃疡发生率及胃溃疡病灶部位组织学观察。结果：与模型组相比，低、中、高剂量对胃出血面积、溃疡指数均具有不同程度的降低作用。结论：海参硫酸软骨素能够明显降低大鼠胃的出血情况和溃疡面积，对胃溃疡有良好的防治作用。
