β-环糊精包覆改性纳米电气石复合材料的制备及其应用

摘    要:以β-环糊精为包覆剂,改性纳米电气石为基材,研制β-环糊精包覆改性纳米电气石复合材料。以复合材料的平均粒径和包覆率作为指标,通过正交实验研究包覆剂与基材质量比、反应温度、搅拌速率、溶液pH等工艺参数对产品质量的影响。结果表明,制备复合材料较理想的工艺参数为:包覆剂与基材质量比2∶1,反应温度50℃,搅拌速率1 000 r/min,溶液pH=5,在此条件下,复合材料的平均粒径为101.6μm,包覆率为81.2%。利用复合材料对纯棉织物进行生产小试,测得织物负氧离子释放量为1.98×10~3个/cm^3,5次水洗后为1.73×10~3个/cm^3,保持率为87.37%。

Abstract:The composites withβ-cyclodextrin as the coating agent and modified nano-tourmaline as the substrate were prepared.When the average particle size and the cladding ratio of the composites were taken as indicators,the effects of the mass ratio of coating agent to substrate,reaction temperature,stirring rate and pH of solution on the product quality were studied by orthogonal tests.The results indicated that the optimum preparation conditions of composites were as follows:the mass ratio of coating agent to substrate 2∶1,the reaction temperature 50℃,the stirring rate 1 000 r/min and solution pH=5.Under the optimal conditions,the average particle size of the composites was 101.6μm and the cladding ratio was 81.2%.The production testing of composites on pure cotton fabric was carried out.The results indicated that the negative oxygen ion concentration of fabrics was 1.98×103 cm-3 after finishing and 1.73×103 cm-3 after 5 times washing with the retention rate of 87.37%.
