| 摘 要： | 较详细地阐述了生产执行系统(MES)的定义、技术架构及功能,并根据卷烟企业的生产特点,以龙岩卷烟厂为应用实例,讨论了卷烟工业企业应用MES系统需做的实施准备,以及卷烟工业中实现的工序详细调度、资源分配和状态管理、基础数据和文档管理、过程工艺质量控制、生产过程实时监控、设备运行及维护管理、数据采集与统计分析等功能模块,并对其应用效果及发展前景进行了论述。

| Abstract: | The definition, technological configurations and functions of the manufacturing execution system (MES) were explained in detail. According to the production characteristics of cigarette enterprises and taking Longyan Cigarette Factory as an example, the needed preparations for applying MES in cigarette enterprises, and function modules, including detailed process dispatching, resource distribution and status management, basic data and files management, process technologic quality control, real-time process monitoring, equipment operation and maintenance management, data collection and statistics analysis, were discussed. Meanwhile, the application effect and development prospect of MES were also discussed. |
