YJ27滤嘴接装机接装纸切纸刀片快速更换专用工装的设计

为解决YJ27滤嘴接装机接装纸切纸刀片更换时间长、备件损耗大等问题，设计了一种刀片快速更换专用工装。专用工装由定位块、亚克力盖板以及平头压紧螺钉等组成，在不拆卸切纸刀辊的情况下可以对单把刀片进行更换作业，更换刀片时锁紧平头压紧螺钉可防止刀片在安装过程中发生位移，确保刀片的安装精准度。以济南卷烟厂使用的YJ27滤嘴接装机为对象进行测试，结果表明:与整体更换和经验维修2种作业方式相比，采用快速更换专用工装后，平均维修时间分别减少12.8和7.6 min/次，且未出现返工现象; 每台滤嘴接装机切纸刀片的平均损耗数量由7.8把/月减少至2.3把/月。该技术可为提高卷接设备维修效率、减少备件损耗提供技术支持。 

Design of special fixture for replacing tipping paper cutting blades in YJ27 filter assembler

To replace the tipping paper cutting blades in YJ27 filter assembler quickly and reduce the consumption of spare parts, a special fixture was designed. The fixture is composed of a positioning block, an acrylic cover plate and pointless set screws. With the special fixture, a single cutting blade can be replaced dispensing with removing the paper cutter drum. Fastening the pointless set screws can prevent the new cutting blade from moving during installing and ensure accurate blade setting. The designed fixture was tested on YJ27 filter assemblers in Jinan Cigarette Factory. The results showed that compared with cutter drum replacement or empirical maintenance, the average maintenance time reduced by 12.8 or 7.6 min respectively. The average monthly consumption of cutting blade per filter assembler decreased from 7.8 blades to 2.3 blades. This technology provides technical supports for promoting the maintenance efficiency of making and assembling machine and reducing the consumption of spare parts.
