RBI风险评估在炼油装置腐蚀调查中的应用

基于风险的检测（risk-based inspection,RBI）是基于风险管理思想的设备管理新技术。腐蚀调查是全面掌握装置腐蚀信息,评价装置腐蚀状态的有效手段,目前在各石化装置停工检修期间得到广泛应用。介绍了燕山石化炼油装置腐蚀调查及RBI风险评估工作的开展状况;以四蒸馏装置为例,对其评估结果进行了详细的讨论;在此基础上提出了＂基于装置腐蚀调查的RBI风险评估＂理念和设想,并围绕这一理念对此项工作的开展提出了相关的建议和展望,即将两项工作的开展结合起来,使其结果互为应用、佐证和指导,提高风险评估结果的有效性和实用性,为装置腐蚀防护工作的有效开展提供指导。

Application of Risk-based Inspection in Petroleum Refinery Process Unit

Risk-based inspection is a new equipment management technique which is based on risk management concept.Corrosion investigation,which has been widely applied in petrochemical plants during their turnarounds,is an effective measure to get corrosion information and evaluate the corrosion conditions of equipment.The work activities of corrosion investigation and risk-based inspection of petroleum refinery in Yanshan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.are introduced.The assessment results of No.4 distillation unit are discussed in detail.The concept and assumption of risk-based inspection of equipment on the basis of corrosion investigation is then proposed,and the corresponding recommendations and prospects are presented.The two kinds of work proceed together firstly,and the results are applied,verified and serve as reference to each other to improve the effectiveness and practicability of risk assessment.All above attempts provide a good guidance for the implementation of work activities of equipment corrosion and protection.
