酸液对HP13Cr钢材防腐研究进展

摘    要:针对HP13Cr不锈钢油套管材料在酸化条件下的腐蚀问题,对其化学成分及腐蚀性能进行了研究,分析了在不同温度、pH值、酸液体系、浓度等条件下的腐蚀行为,说明了缓蚀剂类型对HP13Cr不锈钢材料的影响机理.当pH值达到3.5时,腐蚀速率达到平衡值17.5 mg/(dm2.d)左右;相对于其它材料,HP13Cr受温度的影响非常小——在150℃条件下,其腐蚀速率为0.05 mm/a,而1Cr13和2Cr13分别高达0.19 mm/a和0.27 mm/a;在10% CH3COOH +5% HCl体系条件下,加入缓蚀剂后无点蚀和局部腐蚀,腐蚀速率也较小;在10% HCl+ 2% HF+ 3% TG201体系条件下,钢材腐蚀速率最小,为3.18 g/(m2.h).

Abstract:On the basis of the corrosion problem of HP13Cr stainless tube and casing materials in acidic service, chemical components and research status on corrosion resistance of the steel in different corrosive environment were introduced. The corrosion behavior of the steel in different temperatures, pH values, acid fluids and concentrations were analyzed. The corrosion prevention mechanism of different types of corrosion inhibitors for HP13Cr steel were briefly studied. The corrosion rate reached an equilibrium value of about 17.5mg/dm2. d when the pH was 3.5. The impact of temperature on the HP13Cr steel was very small, whose corrosion rate was 0.05mm/a under the temperature of 150℃ as compared with the 0.19mm/a of 1Crl3 steel and 0.27mm/a of 1Crl3 steel. When the formula was 10% CH3 COOH + 5% HC1, there were no pitting and local corrosions and the corrosion rate was low after addition of corrosion inhibitor. In 10% HCl+ 2% HF + 3% TG201 system, the corrosion rate of the stainless tube was only 3.18 g/m2. h.
