硫酸盐垢聚合物阻垢剂研究进展

硫酸盐垢往往造成油井井筒、地面系统及注水地层的结垢问题,给生产带来极大危害。阐述了国内外丙烯酸硫酸盐垢聚合物阻垢剂的发展现状,介绍了国内外阻硫酸盐垢均聚物阻垢剂、阻硫酸盐垢二元聚合物阻垢剂、阻硫酸盐垢三元聚合物阻垢剂和阻硫酸盐垢三元以上聚合物阻垢剂的主要产品。总结了硫酸盐垢聚合物阻垢剂的阻垢机理,即螯合增容作用、阀值效应、凝聚与分散作用、晶格畸变作用、再生-自解脱膜假说、双电层作用机理,指出阻硫酸盐垢聚合物阻垢剂对硫酸钡及硫酸钙的阻垢机理不同,并对造成阻垢机理不同的原因进行分析。

Development of Polymers Fouling Inhibitor for Sulfate Scale

The sulfate scale will often lead to fouling in well bore,ground system and water injection stratum,which will bring a great hazard to the production.The status-quo of development of fouling inhibitor for acrylic acid sulfate scale both in China and abroad is described.The main products of homopolymer fouling inhibitor for sulfate scale,the bipolymer fouling inhibitor for sulfate scale,tripolymer fouling inhibitor for sulfate scale and higher polymer fouling inhibitor are introduced.The foulng inhibition mechanisms of fouling inhibitors for sulfate are summarized,such as chelation effect,valve value effect,flocculation and dispersion,crystal distortion,regeneration—self-decomposition de-membraning and working mechanisms of double electric layer.It is pointed out that the polymer inhibitors for sulfate scale have different fouling inhibition mechanisms for barium sulfate and calcium sulfate.The causes of different fouling inhibition mechanisms are studied.
