气体分馏装置丙烯损失的原因及对策

摘    要:锦西炼油化工总厂气体分馏装置丙烯损失较大,通过流程模拟分析,发现丙烯损失主要是由脱乙烷塔顶回流罐排空造成的。通过改造,将乙烷塔底压力由2.3MPa提高到优化值2.9MPa后,装置丙烯收率由26.15w%上升到28.82w%,每年多产丙烯管3000吨。

Abstract:The loss amount of propylene in the light-ends unit of Jinxi General Works of Petroleum Refining and Petrochemicals is rather great. Through analysis of process simulation, it is found that the propylene loss mainly resulted from exhaustion of reflux tank of the deethanizer. Increasing the bottom pressure of deethaniser for 2.3 MPa to the optimal value 2.9 MPa, the propylene yield of the unit was enhanced from 26. 15 w% to 28. 82 w%, thus about 3000t extra amount of propylene was produced annually.
