喷气燃料FITS加氢技术的工业应用

摘    要:介绍了选择性管式液相加氢(Flexible and innovative tube reactor with selective liquid-phase hydrogenatine technologe,FITS)技术在中国石化某公司600 kt/a喷气燃料加氢装置的工业应用情况。该装置自2014年6月开工以来,在前期的工业试生产基础上对装置进行了操作调整,提高了反应器入口温度和反应器压力,在氢油体积比为6、反应压力为3.1 MPa、反应温度为257℃以及体积空速为5.0 h~(-1)的工况条件下,精制喷气燃料中硫醇硫的质量分数为3μg/g,管壁评级为0级,磨痕直径为0.63 mm,各项指标控制较好,产品能够满足3号喷气燃料的国标要求。装置的运行能耗为230.69 MJ/t,低于普通喷气燃料加氢工艺的能耗值。工业实际生产表明,该加工技术具有流程简单、氢耗低、能耗低等特点,其中装置能耗比其他喷气燃料加氢工艺明显偏低,达到行业领先水平。

Abstract:The commercial application of FITS process the 600,000 TPY jet fuel hydrotreating unit in a company under SINOPEC is introduced.Since its start-up in June,2014,the operation of has been adjusted based upon the commercial demonstration testing,and the inlet temperature and pressure of the reactor have been raised.At the conditions of 6 hydrogen to oil ratio,3.1 MPa reactor pressure,257 ℃ reactor temperature and 5.0 h-1 volumetric space velocity,the mercaptan in the treated jet fuel is 3 μg/g,the wall rating is 0,and the wear scar diameter is 0.63 mm.All specifications are properly controlled,which meet the requirements of 3# jet fuel of the standard GB 6537-2006.The energy consumption of the unit is 230.69 MJ/t,which is lower than that of conventional hydrotreating processes.The commercial operation shows that this technology is simple in process,low in hydrogen consumption and low in energy requirement,etc.The energy requirement is at front end level of the world.
