摘    要:利用ANSYS有限元分析计算软件以某一在役加氢反应器的上半部为研究对象进行了热应力分析、机械应力分析、热应力加机械应力分析,得到了应力分布图;对应力分析结果进行了应力强度评定.结果表明:加氢反应器上半部的应力强度符合我国相关标准规定;从各个截面应力强度评定的结果知,各截面的应力强度都不是很大,原设计偏于保守.

Abstract:To have a rational evaluation of hydrogenation reactor, the thermal stress, mechanical stress and thermal stress plus mechanical stress of upper section of a hydrogenation reactor are analyzed by ANSYS finite element software., and stress distribution diagram has been developed~ Stress intensity is evaluated based upon analytical results. The study shows that the stress intensity of the top section of the hydrogenation reactor is within the specifications of applicable Chinese standards. The stress intensity value on each cross section is small, which demonstrates that the design is conservative.
