摘    要:对水平光管、横纹管、螺旋槽管、花瓣管在电场强化(EHD)单管试验中进行对流传热实验,蒸汽走管程,空气走壳程。实验结果表明:在相同的雷诺数下,施加电场后,传热膜系数和阻力系数都有一定的提高,其中花瓣管的强化效率指标最大,达到1.98,在电压为30kV时,花瓣管外电场强化作用最明显,强化系数达2.76。

Abstract:Experiment was performed for the forced convective heat transfer of bare tube, traverse corrugated tube,spiral tube and petal-shaped fin tube with air in the shell side and steam in the tube side. The results show that the heat transfer coefficient of enhancement tubes is higher than that of bare tube under the same Reynolds number. Both heat transfer coefficient and friction coefficient under the effect of EHD are higher than those without voltage. The heat transfer efficiency of petal-shaped fin tube is the highest. When the voltage is 30 kV, the enhancement effect of petal-shaped finned tube is the most obvious and the enhancement factor is 2.76.
