摘    要:介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司0.7 Mt/a连续重整装置使用国产连续重整成套技术进行改造的情况,对改造后装置出现的循环氢压缩机喘振、反应加热炉热负荷不足、催化剂循环提升不畅、不能低碳烧焦、催化剂再生系统氯腐蚀并跑损催化剂等问题进行了分析,并采取措施进行了优化和改进。整改优化后,国产先进技术的优势得到了发挥,装置实现了满负荷平稳运行的目标。
