非标准带圆角矩形截面容器的应力分析与数值计算

摘    要:矩形截面容器广泛应用于石油化工等领域,具有单拉撑加强的带圆角矩形截面容器属于非标容器.为了解决其应力计算问题,针对其特殊结构建立了理论计算模型并进行了应力分析,推导出了适于工程设计的应力计算公式,并将计算结果与有限元分析结果进行对比.结果表明:理论值与数值吻合较好;建立的有限元计算模型较为真实地反映了容器的受力情况;由此得出的应力分布规律较真实地反映了容器的应力分布,从而为工程设计提供了可参照的方法.

Abstract:The pressure vessels with rectangular cross section are widely applied in petrochemical industry. The vessel of rectangular cross section design with bracing plate and round angles is customized vessel. To calculate its stress, a theoretical stress computation model is established based upon its unique structures and stress calculation formula has been derived for stress computation in engineering design. The comparison of the calculation results with the results of finite element analysis shows that theoretical values correspond well with the calculations. The establishment of element calculation model can truly reflect the force bearing of the vessel. Therefore, the stress distribution resulted from its calculation are the right stress distribution of the vessel. They provide good reference for engineering design.
