摘    要:以沈北/大庆减压渣油为原料,进行了近临界丙烷脱沥青结合酮苯脱蜡脱油制备微晶蜡的小试和中试研究。在近临界条件下,减压渣油经丙烷脱沥青,所得轻脱沥青油收率为30%左右,残炭1.0%,胶质质量分数4.0%,轻脱沥青油是生产高滴熔点微晶蜡的良好原料。轻脱沥青油经酮苯一段脱蜡、两段脱油或三段脱油可得粗微晶蜡,白土精制得微晶蜡产品。控制不同的脱油温度条件,可生产滴熔点不同的微晶蜡,分别满足80~90号微晶蜡规格要求。

Abstract:The laboratory and pilot plant tests of near-critical propane deasphahing combined with ketone- benzol dewaxing and deoiling were performed to produce microcrystalline wax from Shenbei-Daqing vacuum residue.Under the near-critical condition of propane,the light deasphalted oil (LDAO) with 1.0% carbon residue and 4.0% gum was obtained.The LDAO with a yield of about 30% of the vacuum residue is a good feedstock to produce high melting-point microcrystalline wax.Through ketone-benzol one-stage dewaxing and two...
