杆式支撑换热器壳程性能数值分析及改进设计

摘    要:用数值方法研究了杆式支撑换热器壳程的流体流动和传热性能,指出了杆式支撑换热器在结构和性能上存在的缺陷,并探讨了几种复合强化传热方法。为杆武支撑换热器的结构完善和推广应用奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:Fluid flow and heat transfer performance of the shell side in rod baffle heat exchanger (RBHE) has been studied with numerical method. The defects existing in the structure and performance of RBHE have been pointed out and several compound enhanced heat transfer methods have been discussed. Theoretical foundation has been laid for perfecting RBHE structure and spreading its application.
