摘    要:经过扩能改造,镇海炼化Ⅰ套加氢裂化装置裂化系列生产能力由1.0 Mt/a提高至1.2 Mt/a,同时也进行了节汽、节电、低温热利用、换热流程优化和装置热联合等方面的改造,改造后装置液体收率和氢气利用率明显提高,能同时为乙烯裂解装置和催化重整装置提供优质原料。

Abstract:In the revamping of No.1 hydrocracking unit in SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the capacity was expanded from 1.0 million tons per year to 1.2 million tons a year.In addition,others revamps were executed for steam reduction,electric power saving,low-temperature heat utilization,optimization of heat exchange train and heat integration of the unit,etc.After revamping,not only the liquid yields and hydrogen utilization rate are increased,but also the good quality feedstocks can be produced for the ethylene crackers and catalytic reformers.
