壳程轴流型换热器的优化研究

摘    要:提出了壳程轴流型换热器的优化目标函数,分析了最优化条件的存在性,并对三种矩形排列的光滑管、缩放管以及花瓣管的优化程度进行了传热性能的研究,与所得实验结果进行了对比,两者结论一致。研究表明:对于相同排列的三种管子,花瓣管的目标函数最小,缩放管次之,光滑管最差;对于同一种管子,22mm×28mm排列最优,22mm×26mm排列次之,22m×m24mm排列最差.

Abstract:An optimal objective function for shell and tube heat exchanger with axial-flow shell side was presented and optimal conditions were analyzed.The optimum magnitude of three rectangular pitches of bare tubes,convergent and divergent tubes and petal-shaped fin tubes was studied in respect of heat transfer performance.
