| 摘 要： | 对国外一个大型加工含硫原油的石油化工厂的硫回收装置进行了剖析,该装置有如下设计特点:①工厂总流程和总平面布置合理,将各装置气体脱硫的溶剂集中再生,各装置的酸性水集中汽提,并将溶剂集中再生和酸性水集中汽提装置布置在硫回收装置附近;②利用尾气热焚烧炉同时处理其他装置非正常操作时排出的酸性气,工厂无酸性气火炬;③装置规模大,操作灵活,设两套克劳斯硫回收,一套斯科特尾气处理,一套尾气热焚烧和一套尾气催化焚烧装置.

| Abstract: | The design features of a large sulfur recovery unit in a overseas petrochemical complex processing sulfur crude are analyzed. These features include: 1. optimized overall plant process configuration and plot plan, centralized solvent regeneration for gas desulfurization units and centralized stripping of sour water from all process units; 2. incinerating vented sour gas in the incinerator during abnormal unit operation and elimination of sour gas flare; 3. greater unit capacity, flexible operation, installation of two CLAUS units, one SCOT unit, one tail gas thermal incinerator and one tail gas catalytic incinerator. |
