加氢反应器报价系统的开发

摘    要:对目前加氢反应器的报价过程进行了分析 ,发现其主要影响因素是反应器的接管法兰和内构件的重量。通过对大量数据的归纳分析 ,找到了一套接管法兰和内构件重量的计算方法。利用该方法结合壳体、封头、裙座的重量计算编制了加氢反应器的报价程序系统。该系统能够满足工程应用的需要 ,可提高反应器的报价效率和精度 ,缩短报价周期。

Abstract:Current quotation process for hydrogenation reactor has been analyzed and the main affecting factor is the weight of pipe flange and the internals of the reactor. A method to calculate the weight of pipe flange and the internals of hydrogenation reactor has been obtained on the basis of a large number of analyzed data. By using the method together with calculations of the weight of shell, head and skirt of hydrogenation reactor, a quotation program system has been worked out. The system can meet the requirements of engineering application, increase the efficiency and accuracy of hydrogenation reactor quotation. Meanwhile, the quotation period can be shortened.
