炼油厂酸性水罐区气体污染物减排技术

摘    要:研究了酸性水罐区清洁生产和气体污染物减排方法、减排机理和减排能力。结果表明,可以采用的酸性水罐区清洁生产和气体污染物减排方法有:安装酸性水脱气罐,建立罐顶气连通管网,建设酸性水脱气.水量缓冲罐,建立罐顶气集气柜,控制罐内气体温度,合理控制罐的呼吸压力等。在A炼油厂酸性水罐区,单独使用上述方法时,可分别减少日排气量7.5%,62%,13%,31%,20%,18%以上:

Abstract:The clean production and mechanism and rate of reduction of gaseous pollutant emissions in the sour water tank farm are studied. The results show that the technologies applicable for clean production and reduction of gaseous pollutant emissions for sour water tank farm are : installation of sour water degassing tank, construction of connection pipeline network for tank overhead gas, provision of degassing-water buffer tank, installation of tank overhead gas collector, control of gas temperature inside the tank and proper control of breathing pressure. When the above technologies were used in the sour water tank farm of refinery A separately,the daily reduction rate of effluent gas volume is over 7.5% ,62% ,13% ,31% ,20% and 18% respectively.
