摘    要:对大连石化分公司采用CB-ll/CB—8催化剂两段装填的重整装置第一、二周期的开工过程及催化剂初期反应性能进行了比较,分析了开工过程条件不同,如开工时装置中的水含量、开工时间、催化剂还原时采用的氯气质量等,对催化剂初期反应性能造成的影响,说明了按规程要求开工的重要性。

Abstract:The first/second period start up processes of the two stage reformer adopting CB 11/CB 8 catalyst in Dalian Company have been compared together with the primary catalyst reaction performance. Influence of water content in the unit under different start up conditions, start up time and the hydrogen quality of catalyst revivification on the primary catalyst reaction performance has been analyzed. Start up in accordance with the regulation requirement is emphasized.
