| 摘 要： | 探讨了烷基水杨酸钙(T109)与烷基苯磺酸钙(T106)混兑产生共沉淀的原因，提出不同碱值烷基水杨酸钙和烷基苯磺酸钙的结构示意式和胶体胶束形态。概述了国内外研制和生产润滑油清净剂时使用的胶溶剂，其作用是调整清净剂化学结构和胶体胶束结构形态，增进清净剂剂间的相容性和协合效应，实现T109和T106混兑无沉淀目的。

| Abstract: | The reasons of precipitation formation after mixing alkyl salicylates (T109) and alkyl benzene sulfonates (T106) were discussed. The structure schematic formula as well as colloidal and micellar shape of different base number alkyl salicylates and alkyl benzene sulfonates were given. It was described that, the peptizator, used for developing and manufacturing lubricant detergent inside and outside China, could adjust the chemical structure of detergent and the shape of colloidal and micellar, improve the compatibility of detergents in order to solve the precipitation problem after mixing T109 and T106. |
