铁谱磨粒诊断信息融合技术研究

摘    要:从某型发动机磨粒识别后的类型出发,探讨并确立了航空发动机各类磨粒诊断的监控标准,对磨粒诊断信息的基元决策概率值进行了详细计算,反复运用D—S证据理论组合规则对磨粒诊断信息进行融合,得出铁谱分析决策的总支持程度,从而对发动机磨损状态进行判别和分析研究。

Abstract:Based on the style of a certain engine wear particle recognition, the standards of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of kinds of wear particles of aero - engine were discussed and set up. The basic decision - making probability of wear particle diagnosis information was calculated in detail, and the diagnosis information of all kinds of debris was fused by the combination rules of D - S evidence theory. Finally, the overall supportable degree of ferrographic analysis was achieved in order to distinguish and study the wear condition of aero - engine.
