| 摘 要： | 工业齿轮油广泛用于各种圆柱齿轮、斜齿轮、正齿轮及直、斜、螺旋伞齿轮等齿轮传动装置。我国工业齿轮油质量已达到或接近国际先进水平，但在实际使用中由于受到高温、高负荷、操作条件的变化以及外来物的污染，会发生质量衰变；或因选油及操作不当，产生故障，急需解决。本文列出了工业齿轮油在使用中常遇的问题，找出了可能产生的原因，提出了解决问题的方法。另外，对工业齿轮油在实际使用中的质量监控、换油依据也做了介绍，供用户参考。

| Abstract: | Industrial gear oils are extensively used for various gear transmission devices, such as column,bevel,spur gears and etc.The quality of domestic industrial gear oils has reached or approached the international advanced level.However,the quality may decay in the practices because of high temperature, high load,and the change of operation conditions as well as the pollution of external materials;there may also be breakdowns,which are in great need of solution,caused by the selection of oil or the inappropriate operation.The common problems often encountered in the use of industrial gear oils,the possible reasons and the solution are enumerated.In addition,for the reference of the clients,the quality supervision and the oil drain basis are introduced also. |
