| 摘 要： | 不同厂家或同一厂家不同批次生产的基础油由于加工工艺的不同,会导致其化学组成存在很大的差异,从而影响其使用性能。文章按SH/T 0619中的方法对添加了同一种复合剂的不同基础油的分水性能进行了测定,发现添加了同一种复合剂的不同基础油的分水结果并不相同。为此,从基础油的物性、馏程和结构组成等方面,分析了造成不同基础油分水性能差异的因素。通过试验发现,基础油中重质馏分及S等杂原子是使船用油分水性能变差的主要原因。
