| 摘 要： | 在实验室建立了钢冷轧乳化液离水展着性装置并进行了测试,首先考察了试验温度、乳化液浓度、喷射时间、空气吹扫次数等因素对离水展着性数据的影响,然后对自制样品和竞品的理化性能与离水展着性进行了评价分析。结果表明:试验温度、乳化液浓度、乳化剂体系、喷射时间、空气吹扫次数等因素均对钢冷轧乳化液装置测定离水展着性数据有明显影响。
