渤海油田井筒及井槽优化利用技术研究进展及展望

海洋平台空间有限,井筒和井槽资源的合理使用对渤海油田规模性开发具有重要意义。为实现井筒和井槽资源的高效使用,从中短半径侧钻技术、同层侧钻技术、大尺寸双层套管开窗技术、分支井轮采技术和井槽重利用技术等5个方面建立了井筒和井槽优化利用技术体系,并阐述了该技术体系的现场实施效果。针对目前渤海油田井筒及井槽优化利用面临的主要挑战,展望了未来技术发展趋势。本文研究成果为缓解海洋石油开发中井筒和井槽资源紧张、降低成本,实现海油石油高效可持续开发提供了借鉴。

Study progress and outlook of wellbore and well slot optimization technique in Bohai oilfield

As the space of offshore platform is limited,the reasonable use of its wellbore and well slot resources is of great significance to large-scale development of Bohai oilfield.In order to realize the efficient use of wellbore and well slot resources,a wellbore and well slot optimal utilization technology system is established from five aspects of medium and short radius sidetracking technology,same layer sidetracking technology,large-size bilayer casing window cutting technology,branch well separate layer alternate production technology and well slot reuse technology,and the performance of the technology system is verified in field application.In view of the main challenges faced by the optimal utilization of wellbore and well slot in Bohai oilfield,the outlook of future technology development application is forecasted.The study results provide a reference for alleviating the shortage of wellbore and well slot resources at offshore platform,reducing cost and realizing efficient and sustainable development of offshore oilfiled.
