氧化铜/二氧化硅催化苯直接胺化生成苯胺的性能

摘    要:采用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱等方法对不同结构的CuO/SiO 2进行表征,并考察了其催化盐酸羟胺直接胺化苯生成苯胺的性能,利用单因素法优化了反应条件。结果发现,Cu-O-Si是胺化反应的主要活性物种,具有MFI结构的CuO/SiO 2(CuO/MS-1)晶化度高,在反应中稳定性强、活性好。在0.1 g 2.5%CuO/MS-1,2 mL水和8 mL乙酸溶剂中,1 mmol苯和1.2 mmol盐酸羟胺在70℃下反应3.5 h,苯的转化率、苯胺的收率和选择性分别达到76.2%、75.6%和99%,催化剂可重复使用。

Abstract:The CuO/SiO2of different structures were characterized by X-Ray diffraction,Transmission electron microscope and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy etc,and their catalytic performances for the direct amination benzene to aniline were investigated when hydroxylamine hydrochloride was employed as aminating agent,and the reaction conditions were optimized by single-factor experiments.The results showed that Cu-O-Si was major active species,and CuO/SiO2(CuO/MS-1)with MFI structural and high crystallizing degree had strong stability and excellent catalytic activity in the amination reaction.1 mmol benzene and 1.2 mmol hydroxylamine hydrochloride reacted at 70℃for 3.5 h under 0.1 g 2.5%CuO/MS-1with 8 mL acetic acid and 2 mL water,the conversion of benzene,yield and selectivity of aniline reached 76.2%,75.6%and 99%,respectively.The catalyst was reusable.
