摘    要:从乳状液稳定机理、影响因素以及表面活性剂等活性物质对Pickering乳状液稳定性的影响进行了介绍,阐述了机械阻隔理论与三维黏弹粒子理论是主要稳定机理。评述了Pickering乳状液的应用前景,指出固体颗粒与聚合物的协同作用是否受其他因素影响值得研究,同时指出Pickering乳状液在石油行业的应用也值得探索,另外,研究响应环境刺激的固体颗粒乳化剂将拓宽Pickering乳状液的应用范围。

Abstract:The mechanism and influencing factors of emulsion stabilization and effects of surfactants and other active substances on the stability of Pickering emulsion were introduced.The following conclusions have been drawn:(1)Mechanical barrier mechanism and three-dimensional viscoelastic particles network mechanism are the main stabilization mechanisms.(2)It is worth studying that whether the synergistic effect between solid particles and polymers is affected by other factors.(3)The application of Pickering emulsion in the petroleum industry is worth exploring.(4)Studying solid particle emulsifiers that respond to environmental stimuli will broaden the application range of Pickering emulsions.
