摘    要:综述了在橡胶硫化促进剂等行业中有很大发展前景的叔丁胺的主要合成方法。着重讨论了异丁烯催化氨化法、甲基叔丁基醚催化氨化法和叔丁醇卤化再氨化法等 3种方法。其中 ,异丁烯催化氨化法具有经济性好、选择性高 (>99.5 % )、利于环保等特点 ,有很好的工业化价值

Abstract:The methods for manufacturing tert butylamine, which could be applied in many fields, such as synthesis of rubber vulcanization accelerators, are reviewed. The catalytic amination of isobutene, the catalytic amination of methyl tert butyl ether and the reaction of tertiary butyl alcohol with HCl and NH 3 to give tert butylamine are discussed with emphasis. In which, the catalytic amination of isobutene has better atomic economy and higher selectivity (>99.5%), so it is favorable to environment and it is the most valuable method for manufacturing tert butylamine now.
