双峰聚乙烯的制备及其催化剂研究进展(Ⅰ)

摘    要:介绍了目前主要的双峰聚乙烯制备方法,包括:熔融掺混法、串连反应釜法、使用双金属催化剂或混合催化剂的单反应器法。重点对串连反应釜法进行了阐述,同时对双金属催化剂的制备方法进行了综述,包括茂金属催化剂、传统Ziegler-Natta催化剂、铬系催化剂、铁系后过渡金属催化剂等。

Abstract:Three methods for the synthesis of bimodal-polyethylene,Blending-Fusion Method,Serial- Reactors Method and Single-reactor Method were reviewed,with the focus on the later one because it has already been used in the industry.Methods for the catalyst preparation were also reviewed.
