摘    要:实验以月桂酸、氯化亚砜、天冬氨酸为原料,合成了一种新型氨基酸表面活性剂N-十二酰基天冬氨酸,并以MS和IR对其结构进行了表征。其较佳反应条件为:θ=5℃,体系pH=10~11,n(天冬氨酸):n(十二酰氯)=1.1:1,t=3 h,收率为84.56%。研究表明:pH=6时,其表面张力达最低值,温度为293~313 K时,其cmc为2.90~3.22 mmol/L,γ_(cmc)为29.22~23.65 mN/m;在不同硬度硬水中,钙皂分散能力均优于LAS和OAB。

Abstract:A novel kind of amino acid based surfactant,N-lauroyl aspartic acid,was synthesized from lauric acid,thionyl chloride and aspartic acid.Its structure was identified by MS and IR.The synthesis conditions were optimized by orthogonally arranged experiments.The optimal conditions were: θ=5℃,pH = 10-11,n(Aspartic acid):n(lauryl chloride) = 1.1:1 and t=3 h with the yield of 84.56%.Performance research showed that the surface tension was the lowest at pH = 6,when the temperature was between 293 K and 313 K,the cmc was between 2.90 mmol/L and 3.22 mmol/L, γ_(cmc) was between 29.22 mN/m and 23.65 mN/m.The dispersing properties were all better than LAS and OAB in different hard waters.
