| 摘 要： | 管道涂敷3LPE工艺参数直接影响到防腐层质量、防腐材料的消耗和生产速度,涂敷3LPE工艺参数的确定是涂敷生产的核心工作。基于最常用的管道涂敷作业线结构,就管道涂敷3LPE中的FBE喷涂参数、聚乙烯挤出机组参数、内涂敷参数的调试以及计算方法进行了研究和实际验证,总结出了各参数的计算公式,对管道涂敷3LPE可起到指导作用。
