摘    要:根据S Zorb脱硫反应的原理,提出S Zorb专用催化剂的设计目标,即载体中要具有柔性骨架结构,以避免反应和再生过程中体积变化引起的结构破碎;活性金属镍要均匀分布在催化剂孔道中,与载体中氧化锌处于最短可及距离,实现高效脱硫的同时减少辛烷值的损失。在此基础上开发出具有完全自主知识产权的S Zorb专用催化剂FCAS。扫描电镜及能谱分析结果表明,催化剂FCAS中具有柔性骨架结构,镍在孔道内均匀分布,吸收硫之后催化剂的耐磨损强度增加。评价结果表明,催化剂FCAS具有与进口剂GenIV相近的脱硫活性,以及更好的辛烷值保留能力。催化剂FCAS已应用于22套工业装置,在高效脱硫的同时,具有好的辛烷值保留能力。

Abstract: The aim of the study is to design the special catalyst of S Zorb technology according to its mechanism of reaction chemistry. First of all, the carrier needs flexible skeleton structure to avoid catalyst crushing caused by the change of catalyst during the sulfur removal and regeneration processes. Secondly, the accelerant nickel should be evenly distributed in S Zorb catalyst, which is beneficial to realize desulfurization and reducing octane loss simultaneously. Based on these researches, the special catalyst of S Zorb named FCAS was developed successfully. The SEM and EDAX results show that the S Zorb catalyst FCAS has flexible skeleton structure, so the sulfide catalyst FCAS has better attrition performance, and nickel was uniform distributed in its pores. Catalyst FCAS has been applied in 22 commercial S Zorb units. From the catalyst evaluation results, it can be seen that catalyst FCAS exhibits perfect desulfurization activity and stability, octane retention and good fluidization performance.
