摘    要:立式气旋浮装置凭借其紧凑、高效的特点在海上油田采出水处理领域得到了广泛应用,但国内围绕该技术的自主研发起步相对较晚,目前仍未推出具有完全自主知识产权的高性能系列化产品。基于自主设计研发的BIPTCFU-Ⅲ-120型立式气旋浮装置工业样机,在南海流花11-1油田的“南海胜利号”FPSO开展了现场实验研究。单因素变化运行结果表明,除油率受分流比、微气泡发生器与气旋浮罐间压差及进水流量变化的影响显著,受注气比、回流比变化的影响较小。稳定运行结果表明,当入口水含油质量浓度在240~400 mg/L之间时,优选组合操作参数下的除油率平均可达85%以上(最高可达91.8%),水出口含油质量浓度可降低到50 mg/L以下。结合工业样机现场实验结果,从工艺流程简化、微细气泡发生、立式罐体结构优化等角度进行了分析探讨,以促进相关技术的国产化进程及推广应用。

Abstract:The vertical compact floatation unit (CFU) has been widely used in the field of offshore oilfield produced water treatment because of its characteristics of compact structure and high efficiency. Unfortunately, the domestic independent research and development regarding this technology started relatively late, and the high-performance series products with fully independent intellectual property rights have not been launched yet. Based on BIPTCFU-Ⅲ-120 CFU industrial prototype that is designed and developed independently, a field experimental study was carried out on the “Nanhai Shengli” FPSO in Liuhua 11—1 oilfield in the South China Sea. The results of single-factor changing operation show that the oil removal rate is significantly affected by the changes of the split ratio, pressure difference between microbubble generator and compact flotation tank, and the inlet water flow rate, but less affected by the changes of the gas injection ratio and reflux ratio. The stable operation results show that when the inlet oil concentration is between 240—400 mg/L, the oil removal rate can reach above 85% on average (up to 91.8%) under the preferred combination of operating parameters, and the outlet oil concentration can be reduced to below 50 mg/L. According to the field experiment results of industrial prototype, analysis and exploration were performed from the perspectives of process simplification, microbubble generation and vertical tank structure optimization, so as to promote the localization, popularization and application of related technologies.
