一种铜铁铝复合载氧体化学链燃烧性能

摘    要:利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了一种Cu-Fe-Al-O复合载氧体,以CO为还原介质,在固定床反应器上探究了该载氧体的化学链燃烧性能,以及4种还原程度下该载氧体的循环反应稳定性。结果显示:在20次化学链循环反应中,Cu-Fe-Al-O 复合载氧体对应的化学链反应中CO2产率较为稳定,约为4 mmol/g;而对比样品氧化铁在第20次化学链循环时,对应的化学链反应中CO2产率仅有0.95 mmol/g。进一步实验发现,当还原程度小于75%时,使用Cu-Fe-Al-O载氧体的化学链反应运行稳定,因为在氧化还原过程中,活性组分铜、铁与尖晶石载体存在溶出现象,限制了活性组分的聚集,因此,Cu-Fe-Al-O复合载氧体具有较高的化学链反应循环稳定性。

Abstract:A sol-gel method was used to prepare a Cu-Fe-Al-O oxygen carrier, and CO as the reducing agent, was employed to investigate the chemical looping combustion performance and cyclic stability at four reduction degrees of the oxygen carrier in a fixed bed reactor. The results show that the CO2 yield of synthesized material is stable, which is about 4 mmol/g in 20 cycles. As contrasted, the CO2 yield of Fe2O3 as oxygen carrier is only 0.95 mmol/g at the 20th cycle. Further experiments show that the Cu-Fe-Al-O oxygen carrier can be stably operated at a reduction depth of less than 75%, because the active components copper and iron reversible exsolve and dissolve from and into the spinel support during the redox cycle, which hinders the sintering of active components.
