苯酚羟基化制备苯二酚介孔分子筛催化剂的合成与改性

摘    要:在合成体系中加入不同量的酒石酸(TA)作为助模板剂,合成了一系列双助剂修饰的含铁介孔分子筛,以X射线衍射(XRD)、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)、低温N2吸附-脱附方法对其介孔结构进行了详细表征;考察了它们在苯酚羟基化反应中的催化活性;研究了酒石酸量对介孔结构和催化活性的影响。结果表明,所得含铁介孔分子筛催化剂均具良好的介孔结构,常温下对苯酚羟基化反应具有高的催化活性。与以四甲基氢氧化铵(TMAOH)作为助模板剂相比,酒石酸可以极大地减少合成催化剂成本,与工业用钛硅分子筛(TS-1)相比具有较大的价格优势,为工业化奠定了基础。

Abstract:A series of binary-assistants modified Fe-containing mesoporous molecular sieves were synthesized with tartaric acid as auxiliary template, and characterized by XRD (X-Ray diffraction), ICP (Inductively coupled plasma), IR, UV-Vis, low temperature N2 adsorption-desorption methods. Their catalytic performances in the hydroxylation of phenol with hydroperoxide were studied. The influences of the amount of tartaric acid on the meso-structure and catalytic activity of Fe-containing mesoporous molecular sieves were investigated. Results showed that the Fe-containing mesoporous molecular sieves catalysts had a good mesoporous structure and exhibited excellent catalytic activity in phenol hydroxylation. Compared to tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide (TMAOH) as auxiliary template, with tartaric acid as auxiliary template the cost of the catalysts could be greatly reduced. Compared to TS-1, the Fe-containing mesoporous molecular sieves catalysts had a large price advantage, which lay the foundation for industrial application.
