玉米秸秆炭化焦油的化学组成及其燃料特性分析

摘    要:以玉米秸秆炭化焦油为原料,通过减压蒸馏将其切割成低于40℃、40~130℃、130~140℃和140~170℃ 4个馏分,并对各馏分的化学组成和燃料特性进行了分析。结果表明,玉米秸秆炭化焦油各馏分中的酚类物质摩尔分数为9.19%~63.46%,酮类和吡啶类物质在低于40℃馏分的下层液中摩尔分数分别为29.84%和31.63%,直链烯烃和直链烷烃在140~170℃馏分中的摩尔分数分别为19.88%和19.22%;40~130℃馏分的产率达到19.98%,其燃料性质(密度940kg/m3、黏度6.24mm2/s、闪点78℃、燃烧热35.28MJ/kg)较接近于0#柴油,具有作为液体燃料的潜力。

Abstract:The tar from the carbonization of cornstalk was cut into four distillations with the temperature ranges of below 40℃,40-130℃,130-140℃ and 140-170℃,respectively,by reduced pressure distillation,and the chemical compositions and fuel characteristics of the tar and its distillations were mainly investigated.The molar fractions of phenols in each distillation were all in the range of 9.19%-63.46%.The molar fractions of ketone and pyridine were 29.84% and 31.63%,respectively,in the underlayer of the distillation below 40℃,and the molar fractions of alkenes and alkanes in the distillation of 140-170℃ were 19.88% and 19.22%,respectively.The distillation of 40-130℃with the yield up to 19.98%,showed the fuel characteristics relatively close to 0#diesel,which were the density of 940 kg/m3,the viscosity of 6.24 mm2/s,the flash point of 78℃ and the heating value of 35.28 MJ/kg,meaning that it could be used as a promising liquid fuel.
