| 摘 要： | 基于抑制延迟焦化中间产物二次反应的原理，提出了具有上进上出反应器型式的延迟焦化新工艺。中型试验结果表明，与常规的延迟焦化工艺相比，上进料延迟焦化工艺得到的液体产品收率增加2.65个百分点，焦炭及气体产率分别下降2.01和0.85百分点，焦化蜡油质量得到明显改善；采用可灵活调节循环比的延迟焦化工艺加工常规减压渣油，可使液体产品收率提高2百分点以上，从而获取更好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Based on the mechanics of inhibiting secondary reaction of intermediates,a new delayed coking process characterized by top feeding and discharging reactors was developed.The pilot scale test results demonstrated that,compared to the conventional delayed coking process,the yield of liquid products obtained from top feeding delayed coking process increased by 2.65 percent points,the yield of coke and gas decreased by 2.01 and 0.85 percent points,respectively.The properties of coker gas oil were improved obviously.Two percent points increased on yield of liquid products was obtained when the conventional vacuum residue was refined by combined top feeding delayed coking process with flexible tunable recycle ratio delayed coking process,then,better economic profits could be achieved. |
