摘    要: 疏水缔合聚合物(HAPS)是一类具有理想的高效增黏性、耐温抗盐性和抗剪切性的新型聚合物。利用疏水缔合聚合物本身的优良性质,在物理缔合的基础上,加入交联剂进行化学交联,得到了高黏度的缔合聚合物凝胶。采用Lapraik方法制备了有机铬交联剂BY。在疏水聚合物质量分数为0.3%、交联剂BY质量分数为0.01%、pH值为5的条件下进行化学交联,得到的缔合聚合物凝胶的黏度可达20Pa·s以上,且体系长期热稳定性很好。岩心流动实验结果表明其封堵率达90%以上。

Abstract:Hydrophobic associating polymer solution (HAPS) is a new kind of polymer with some special characteristics, such as viscosity increased effectively, anti-temperature, salinity tolerance, shear resistance and so on. By using those special characteristics of HAPS and based on its inter-molecules physical association, a gel system of three-dimensional reticular structure could be obtained with cross linker added, which possessed such properties as moderate cross linking time, good stability, good temperature and salinity tolerance, good shear resistance, excellent ability to modify profile. Under the conditions of polymer mass fraction 0.3%, cross linker BY mass fraction 0.01%, pH about 5, the viscosity of prepared gel system could be up to 20Pa s with a good temperature tolerance. Core flow experiment indicated that the blocking rate was more than 90%.
