石油酸结构与腐蚀性的关系

摘    要: 酸值相近的原油腐蚀性差别可能很大,这与其中所含的石油酸结构有关。为了考察不同结构类型的石油酸腐蚀性大小的差别,选取了26种石油酸模型化合物,系统地测定了其在白油模拟体系中的气相、液相及总腐蚀速率,并分别比较了直链、支链及环状石油酸的腐蚀能力。结果表明,直链脂肪酸的腐蚀能力随碳数的增加而减弱,环取代能增强石油酸的腐蚀能力,但多个环取代时反而减弱其腐蚀能力。

Abstract:The difference of corrosion performance would be great between two crude oils whose total acid number were adjacent,which might be due to the structure of naphthenic acid in them.In order to investigate the corrosion ability of different naphthenic acid,the corrosion rates of 26 naphthenic acids were determined in white oil.Both of the gas and liquid corrosion rates were obtained and used to compare the corrosion ability of different type of naphthenic acids.The results showed that the corrosion ability of straight train fatty acid was decreased with the increase of its carbon number.The ring replacement in acid could increase the corrosion ability,while more rings in acid would lower the corrosion ability of the acid.
