| 摘 要： | 合成了以大孔聚苯乙烯磺酸作为载体,表明,高分子载体药物与双氧异丙嗪相比,并探讨了复合条件、复合物键合强度等。复合双氧异丙嗪的高分子药物,经豚鼠药效试验毒性降低、药效有所增强、持续作用时间较长。

Synthesis and Pharmacological Activity of Macroporous Poly(Styrene Sulphonic Acid)-Dioxopromethazin |

| Abstract: | Dioxopromethazin10-(2-dimethylaminopropyl)-phenothiazine-5,5-dioxide chloride]is a recently produced synthetic drug.It exhibits antitussic,expectorant,antiasthmatic and antihistaminic effects.But the duration ot its activity is short and it has some toxicity or side effects.Macroporous resins were chosen as carriers and a polymeric complex with the drug DOPTZ was synthesized.The pharmacological tests on mice and guinea-pigs have shown that the toxicity of the polymer drug is lower than that of DOPTZ.The tests for antihistaminic effects on guinea-pigs prove that the activity duration of the polymeric drug is prolonged.The conditons of the complexing process,the bonding strength of the complex,etc.were also studied. |
