摘    要:在甲醇氧化转化自供热体系中 ,基于过程的物料平衡、能量平衡、反应平衡 ,从热力学角度分析各工艺条件对制氢能量效率的影响。结果表明 ,氧醇摩尔比、水醇摩尔比及由它们决定的转化温度是过程的敏感因素 ;压力在转化反应温度较低时是敏感因素 ,但在高温时为非敏感因素 ;蒸发器中产品气与反应物料之间的换热效率是过程的敏感因素。相反产品气出口温度或状态、系统的散热量对制氢能量效率的影响较小 ,为过程的非敏感因素。

Abstract:Key factors that may influence the gross heat efficiency in the autothermal hydrogen generation process by methanol partial oxidation (POX) were investigated based on the balance of mass,energy,and chemical reactions.Studies show that the molar ratio of O_2/CH_3OH,H_2O/CH_3OH and the reforming temperature controlled by them are the most sensitive factors influencing the heat efficiency in the methanol POX process.The reforming pressure is a key factor at low temperatures,but its effect is negligible when the reforming temperature is relatively high.The heat exchange efficiency between the reformate and cool reactants is a significant parameter too.On the contrary,the heat loss of the whole system is a relatively insensitive factor.So do the state and venting temperature of the reformate.A maximum heat efficiency of 0.93 can be obtained by adjusting the major factors.
