一种增大气相通量DJ塔板的流体力学性能及工业应用

基于塔板与填料空中复合理论,设计出了一种将规整填料与带折边的固定阀(DJ-5型)塔板结合的新型塔板(DJ-5Plus塔板),在内径为600 mm的有机玻璃塔内,以空气-水为物系,对该新型塔板的流体力学性能进行了研究,着重考察了DJ-5 Plus塔板雾沫夹带特点,研究了干板压降、湿板压降、漏液等流体力学性能,并与DJ-5塔板进行了对比。实验结果表明,与DJ-5塔板相比,DJ-5 Plus塔板的雾沫夹带率低50%以上,而干板压降高3%～29%,湿板压降高2%～15%;且DJ-5 Plus塔板的漏液率低15%～20%。DJ-5 Plus塔板在流体力学性能方面表现优良,尤其适用于气相负荷较大的工况。DJ-5 Plus塔板已经成功应用于工业实践中的扩能增效改造,达到扩能提产增效的效果。

Hydraulic characterizations of a vapor capacity enhanced DJ tray and its industrial application

Based on the spacing packing-combined tray technology,a novel tray(DJ-5 Plus tray) was presented. The tray was obtained by combining a common fixed valve tray with flanged valves (DJ-5 tray) and structured packings. The hydraulic performances of these trays were investigated with an air-water system in a plexiglass column with an inner diameter of 600 mm. The entrainment feature of DJ-5 Plus tray was focused and other hydraulic performances of dry plate pressure drop,wet plate pressure drop,and weeping fraction were also involved and compared with those of DJ-5 tray. The results showed that the entrainment rates of DJ-5 Plus tray were lower than those of the common DJ-5 by more than 50%. The dry/wet pressure drops of DJ-5 Plus tray were higher than those of the common DJ-5 tray by 3%-29% and 2%-15%,respectively;while the weeping fractions lower by 15%-20%. As results,DJ-5 Plus tray is potential to be used for high vapor capacity applications for its good hydraulic performances. The DJ-5 Plus tray has been implemented and well operated in a certain industrial revamping case for enhancing capacity and increasing economic benefit.
