摘    要:基于Kumar分子反应动力学和结焦动力学模型,建立了GK-V型石脑油裂解炉辐射段运转全周期稳态工艺数学模型。该模型经参数校正,计算的裂解产物分布与实际工况吻合良好。将全操作周期划分成多个拟稳态时段,以全周期平均乙烯与丙烯收率之和为目标函数,以每个拟稳态时段的炉管出口温度和稀释蒸汽比为决策变量,建立了全周期操作优化模型。基于粒子群优化算法(PSO)和序贯二次规划(SQP)设计了一种混合优化算法PSO-SQP,运用PSO-SQP算法求解了GK-V型石脑油裂解炉辐射段运转全周期优化问题。计算结果表明,优化前后全周期平均乙烯与丙烯收率之和提高了3.81百分点。

Abstract:Based on Kumar’s cracking reaction kinetics and coking kinetics,a steady-state model was developed for the periodic operation of the radiant section of a commercial GK-V type naphtha pyrolyzer.Through adjusting its parameters,this model can fit the product distributions of the target furnace well.The periodic operational optimization of the furnace was formulated by taking the coil outlet temperatures and the dilution steam ratios at different time intervals of the operation as the decision variables and the total periodic yield of ethylene and propylene as the objective function.In each interval,steady state operation was assumed for the furnace.A hybrid optimization procedure PSO-SQP was proposed by combining the conventional particle swarm optimization(PSO) with the sequential quadratic programming(SQP).The periodic optimization was accomplished by means of PSO-SQP.The simulation results shows that the total periodic yield of ethylene and propylene is increased by 3.81 percentage point when the furnace is optimally operated.
