摘    要:本文介绍在石油化工自动化仪表系统中,存在大量的用于生产过程监测、控制的各类智能变送器,其性能的好坏直接关系到安全平稳生产。长庆气田有1万余台变送器,结合现场生产经验,本文主要介绍了智能变送器与手操器之间的通讯,并简要介绍了它们的调试方法,为确保现场仪表的稳定性、可靠性提供了技术支撑。

Abstract:This paper introducess that there have many capacity transmitter used for monitoring and controlling production process in petrochemical industry. The property of these transmitters will directly affect production safety and stead y. There are more than ten thousands transmitters in Changqing oilfield. This paper put an emphasis on Communication and debugging between capacity transmitter and manual operation system. Besides,it also simply introduce their debugging methods. It provides technology supports for the steady and reaiable of field instrument.
