摘    要:压裂是油气井增产、水井增注、提高油气井产能的一项重要措施,在压裂作业中,破乳助排是影响增产效果的重要因素。本文通过石英砂吸附模仿地层吸附的方法筛选表面活性剂种类,挑选出与石英砂吸附量小的表面活性剂进行复配得到助排剂,再在助排剂中加入合适的破乳剂,得到新的破乳助排剂配方。结果表明,当使用浓度0.005%的SR18Y和0.05%的APG1214复配时表/面张力低,助排率为83.9%;破乳助排剂的加量超过0.3%时,表面张力降低至23.5 mN/m、界面张力降低至0.5 mN/m以下;在40℃的实验温度下,经过120 min,脱水率迭90%;注入量为2.0 PV时,岩心伤害率为13.06%。
