木质素类新型钻井液处理剂MXX的室内研究

摘    要:以亚硫酸盐法造纸废液为主要原料,通过甲醛缩合,接枝共聚,金属络合及磺化处理等一系列改性反应,在室内条件下制备了新型钻井液处理剂MXX。室内试验获得了合成MXX的最佳配方,试验结果表明,MXX具有降粘和降失水效果好,热稳定性好和抗盐,抗钙污染能力强等优点,抑制水化分散性能优于FCLS(铁铬盐)。

Abstract:Starting from waste liquor of sulfite process and through a series of modification reactions,such as condensation reaction with formaldehyde,graft copolymerization,metal complexation and sulfonation,a new lignin type drilling fluid additive, MXX, with viscosity reduction and filtrate reduction is prepared under laboratory conditions The results from laboratory tests show that MXX is better than or similar to FCLS in the ability to thin fluid and to control filtrate loss,thermal stability and resistance to salt and calcium and hydration dispersing
