摘    要:考虑酸液沿缝长、缝高方向的运移以及酸液在裂缝宽度、高度方向的对流扩散.建立了酸液三维流动反应数值计算模型.给出了模型的求解方法;利用开发的多级酸压模拟设计软件.对塔河油田4口井的酸压方案进行了优化设计.优化的主要参数为酸压施工中容易控制且与酸压效果及施工成本密切相关的参数,如施工排量、酸液用量、前置液量等;与实际施工对比说明了设计方法的可靠,设计思路对于指导油田的酸压方案优化设计具有一定的实用意义。

Abstract:In consideration of acid migration along the fracture length and height and its convection and diffusion in the direction of fracture length and height, a 3D model is established for numerical calculation of acid flow and reaction, and a method for dissolving the model is given, too. A design software developed for simulating multistage acid fracture is used for an optimal design of acid fracture project in 4 wells of Tahe Oilfield, of which the major parameters include operation pumping rate, acid volume, pad volume, where acid is easily controlled in operation and closely related with the fracture effect and operation cost. It was compared with actual operation, the result indicates that the design method is reliable, concept of design is significance for guiding the optimization of acid fracture project in oilfields.
